This was inspired by a link that Effy posted in FB to this article.
I was very touched by the answer Rabbi Heschel gave his daughter when she asked
what it was like (marching with MLK) “I felt like my feet were praying.” How
amazing! To be so moved by something, anything ya know, that you would feel
your feet praying as they touched the ground.
Well anyways this just shouted to become a journal page.
Up close so you can see the tears on her face. (Thanks
dear Dede for the drop’age learning)
Around the edge it says: and when I read those words
I felt it in my heart . . . tears of joy
in knowing such a thing is possible. Transformation by truth in oneness.
FYI the colors are based on the chakras - Root, Sacral,
Solar and Heart. I am very happy with it and I’m even ok with the ink smear’age
here and there because I just couldn’t wait to erase some pencil lines. Doh!
Any hoots What’s on you Easel, Artistic Biker?
Happy Art’ing Y’all
